d35c9057a6 Initial import of p5-HTML-TreeBuilder-LibXML version 0.11 in the 
NetBSD Packages Collection.

The Perl 5 module HTML::TreeBuilder::LibXML is a libxml based
compatible interface to HTML::TreeBuilder, which could be slow for
a large document.
