Disable non-PIC optimization by default (use --without-pic to re-enable). libdca-0.0.3 Thu Apr 5 20:48:56 EEST 2007 Fix for pointer aliasing. Build system rework. FreeBSD compile fix. salo	71b4bcb3f7	Initial import of libdca-0.0.2, Free DTS Coherent Acoustics decoder: ... libdca is a free library for decoding DTS Coherent Acoustics streams. The DTS Coherent Acoustics standard is used in a variety of applications, including DVD, DTS audio CD and radio broadcasting.
