Revert ruby-racc package to 1.4.3.
...
It seems that racc 1.4.4 can generate parser code for Ruby 1.6.X, but
racc itself can't work on Ruby 1.6.X.
This ruby-racc package 1.4.3nb1 contains old ruby-racc-runtime-1.4.3 and
ruby-racc-1.4.3 package.
