35ab598076 doc/guide: Use &*pkgsrc* XML entities instead of hardcoding them 
Since the latest pkgsrc stable releases htdocs/share/xml/misc.ent had several
XML pkgsrc related entities added and picked up via htdocs-share-*.tar.gz
distfile.

Use them instead of hardcoding a particular stable branch/release (e.g. 2009Q1
or 2016Q4) or using `pkgsrc-20xxQy' (Yay! Now `The pkgsrc guide' should be ready
for the next century!).

96bd38919e Rewrite bulk build preparation to emphasize more important 
information for regular users without developer status.
Comment developer-only information out so that it doesn't obscure text,
it should be put into appendix or at least a separate subsection
after main text.

72ff95ceaf Push full bulk build requirements down. 
This is less interesting use case now that we have made bulk builds more accessible.
Besides, the information is outdated. Perhaps the section should be removed.

6b9d882591 Remove the section that essentially follows mk/pbulk/pbulk.sh. 
It is incomplete and thus nearly useless now that we have
concise and clear helper script.
