dea59f0ab1 inputmethod/skkserv: fix accidental patch for version number 
The version number is supposed to be substituted in pre-configure, not in
the patch itself.  To ensure this in the future, fail fast by setting
SUBST_NOOP_OK=no.

5fb7ef9693 Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for inputmethod category 
Problems found locating distfiles:
	Package anthy: missing distfile 2ch.t
	Package anthy: missing distfile okinawa-20090801.t

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

22c63a7337 - Ignore dictionary entries which cause skkserv not to start. 
Diff is taken from FreeBSD ports.
- Combine patch-af and patch-bsearch into single file, because those are
  diff files for the same file.
- Add LICENSE.

d980a58267 Now, newer SKK-JISYO is installed as skk-jisyo and jisyo-tools are skktools. 
So let to only install skkserv by this package.
Based on Ryo ONODERA's pkgsrc-wip/skkserv.

Bump PKGREVISION.

7ba618c468 Fix crashing LP64 build by including necessary standard headers. 
Remove NOT_FOR_PLATFORM again. Bump PKGREVISION (to 5) as a precaution.
