Explicitly set --enable-debug if we have the "debug" option.
Otherwise at least the firefox2 configure script will default to non-debug
mode.

Install pkg-config files so the gecko engine can be used by other
applications, bump PKGREVISION.
Sync files with www/mozilla and allow seamonkey to satisfy gecko
dependency.

Import Mozilla Seamonkey 1.0 from pkgsrc-wip (gtk2 version). Seamonkey is
the community-driven continuation of the Mozilla Suite, which is no longer
maintained by Mozilla.
