* added a parameter 'provider' passed to Crypt::Random.
now you can avoid annoying device lock to set the value for example
to 'udevrandom' (means /dev/urandom), 'rand' etc.

up having either of PERL5_USE_PACKLIST, BUILDLINK_API_DEPENDS.perl,
or PERL5_PACKLIST defined in their make setup (tested via

the perl package update.
