Net_LDAP2 is the successor of Net_LDAP which is a clone of Perls Net::LDAP
object interface to directory servers. It does contain most of Net::LDAPs
features but has some own too.
With Net_LDAP2 you have:
* A simple object-oriented interface to connections, searches entries and
filters.
* Support for tls and ldap v3.
* Simple modification, deletion and creation of ldap entries.
* Support for schema handling.
Net_LDAP2 layers itself on top of PHP's existing ldap extensions
IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) is an Internet standards-track
protocol for accessing messages (mail, bboards, news, etc). The Cyrus
IMAP server differs from other IMAP server implementations in that it
is generally intended to be run on "sealed" servers, where normal users
are not permitted to log in. The mailbox database is stored in parts of
the filesystem that are private to the Cyrus IMAP system. All user
access to mail is through the IMAP, POP3, or KPOP protocols.
1.3.10 (February 10, 2010)
==========================
Security Fixes:
* None
Bug fixes:
* +adjoin was not working correctly for the case when only one image
frame is present. With +adjoin and writing one frame to
"foo%d.jpg" it was outputting "foo%d.jpg" rather than "foo0.jpg".
* When drawing paths, memory allocation for the points was much
larger than it needed to be (patch by Vladimir Lukianov).
New Features:
* None
Feature improvements:
* None
Performance Improvements:
* None
Behavior Changes:
* To reiterate the change which first appeared in 1.3.9, there is no
longer an implicit +adjoin if the output file name happens to
contain a %d sequence, or there are multiple frames and the output
file format only supports storing one frame. Specify +adjoin if
scene number substition is desired in the output file names.
Changes:
* recursive merge didn't correctly diagnose its own programming errors,
and instead caused the caller to segfault.
* The new "smart http" aware clients probed the web servers to see if
they support smart http, but did not fall back to dumb http transport
correctly with some servers.
* Time based reflog syntax e.g. "@{yesterday}" didn't diagnose a misspelled
time specification and instead assumed "@{now}".
* "git archive HEAD -- no-such-directory" produced an empty archive
without complaining.
* "git blame -L start,end -- file" misbehaved when given a start that is
larger than the number of lines in the file.
* "git checkout -m" didn't correctly call custom merge backend supplied
by the end user.
* "git config -f <file>" misbehaved when run from a subdirectory.
* "git cvsserver" didn't like having regex metacharacters (e.g. '+') in
CVSROOT environment.
* "git fast-import" did not correctly handle large blobs that may
bust the pack size limit.
* "git gui" is supposed to work even when launched from inside a .git
directory.
* "git gui" misbehaved when applying a hunk that ends with deletion.
* "git imap-send" did not honor imap.preformattedHTML as documented.
* "git log" family incorrectly showed the commit notes unconditionally by
mistake, which was especially irritating when running "git log --oneline".
* "git status" shouldn't require an write access to the repository.
* Other minor documentation updates are included.
