Xfce 4.16 no longer supports GTK2 panel plugins, so while this package
still builds and runs otherwise, it no longer builds a panel component.
(It also has no GTK3 dependency, so stop pulling in such from the xfce4
meta-pkg, of which it is no longer a part, since upstream considers it
EOL.)
libpopt which builds tz_convert. Also add some TLC for solaris specific
zoneinfo location and table names.

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Xfce releases since 4.6.2, our previous pkgsrc release. For more information

This is based on a huge amount of work by the NetBSDfr team and Youri Mouton,
who takes over as MAINTAINER, and has been tested by Youri on a large number
of platforms prior to commit. A massive thanks to them. Any issues with the
import are mine alone as the committer-by-proxy.
to address issues with NetBSD-6(and earlier)'s fontconfig not being
new enough for pango.
While doing that, also bump freetype2 dependency to current pkgsrc
version.
