s/USE_LIBTOOL/USE_PKGLIBTOOL/
...
Add a new USE_LIBTOOL definition that uses the libtool package instead of
pkglibtool which is now considered outdated.
USE_PKGLIBTOOL is available for backwards compatibility with old packages
but is deprecated for new packages.

* audio_solaris.c: Don't spit warnings if /dev/audio doesn't
exist. User probably knows he doesn't have a sound card.
* esdlib.c (esd_connect_tcpip): Fix case in which user specifies
only a port number (first character of host is :)
