CD-R/DVD*R allowing more discs to be read. Also better dumping of TOC's in
cd_discect and sequential dumping of files using a different sectorsize
than the media allowing disc images of CD's to be dumped.

which has no "diff" command in the output for diffstat to guess that

in command line with ^Cc (Ctrl-C + c), ^Cb,.. instead of %C,%B,..
- improved /server command: now possible to copy and rename servers
- improved /connect command: now possible to connect to a temporary
server without creating it with /server
- many bugs fixed and other new features.
