Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
Do it for all packages that
* mention perl, or
* have a directory name starting with p5-*, or
* depend on a package starting with p5-
like last time, for 5.18, where this didn't lead to complaints.
Let me know if you have any this time.

Adjust perl program that prints include statements to use the
ft2build/constant method, from Patrick Welche.
This doesn't fix my build, but it gets a lot further.

Like last time, where this caused no complaints.
xulrunner192 will not build with gcc-4.6+.
This problem has been fixed in later versions of xulrunner.
Use the new DRAGONFLY_CCVER directory to direct DragonFly to use
GCC 4.4.7 to build xulrunner192, even when GCC 4.7.2 is specified.
constant. Fix issues with template look up. Disable visibility for clang
as it checks the consistency of type declarations and the old Mozilla
code is way too heavy to patch for that.
