368b89d840 Document install-clean, build-clean, print-build-depends-list and 
print-run-depends-list. The former two are from a recent mail on tech-pkg
(obache@, I believe), the latter two are from PR pkg/23035 (which was filed
in 2003, oh my).

af3548b4c1 Link to the README files in pkgsrc/bootstrap for each platform as the level of 
support is indicated in these files. This saves having to duplicate the
information within the guide.

4b9f0a9c84 Add a new definition, PKGSRC_KEEP_BIN_PKGS, which defaults to "no". 
This definition controls whether the binary package which is built
during package installation will be copied to pkgsrc/packages/All.

To retain binary packages in pkgsrc/packages/All, set

	PKGSRC_KEEP_BIN_PKGS=yes

in environment or MAKECONF. If this is not set, binary packages
will not be preserved after their WRKDIR is removed. This may not
be what you want.

To preserve the status quo since 2013/05/22, and just delete the
binary package after it's built, the default for PKGSRC_KEEP_BIN_PKGS
is "no", or it can be explicitly set.

fff022e3bd Fix name of pkgsrc quarterly branch tarballs, as noted by Hartmut Obst. 
While here, update some example versions, prune some superfluous text,
improve a bit of wording, and link directly to the anoncvs section of
our mirrors page.

96bd38919e Rewrite bulk build preparation to emphasize more important 
information for regular users without developer status.
Comment developer-only information out so that it doesn't obscure text,
it should be put into appendix or at least a separate subsection
after main text.

72ff95ceaf Push full bulk build requirements down. 
This is less interesting use case now that we have made bulk builds more accessible.
Besides, the information is outdated. Perhaps the section should be removed.
