e7f76e0b64 Update to 1.7.5:
Bugs fixed in 1.7.5:
* Update install-sh's license to remove an advertising clause.
  (Debian bug #191717)
* Fix a bug introduced in 1.7.4, related to BUILT_SOURCE handling,
  that caused invalid Makefile.ins to be generated.
* Make sure AM_MAKE_INCLUDE doesn't fail when a `doit' file exists.
* New FAQ entry: renamed objects.

Bugs fixed in 1.7.4:
* Tweak the TAGS rule to support Exuberant Ctags (in addition to
  the Emacs implementation)
* Fix output of aclocal.m4 dependencies in subdirectories.
* Use `mv -f' instead of `mv' in fastdep rules.
* Upgrade mdate-sh to work on OS/2.
* Don't byte-compile elisp files when ELCFILES is set empty.
  (this documented feature was broken by 1.7.3)
* Diagnose trailing backslashes on last line of Makefile.am.
* Diagnose whitespace following trailing backslashes.
* Multiple tests are now correctly supported in DEJATOOL. (PR/388)
* Fix rebuilt rules for AC_CONFIG_FILES([Makefile:Makefile.in:Makefile.bot])
  Makefiles. (PR/389)
* `make install' will build `BUILT_SOURCES' first.
* Minor documentation fixes.

325b4179a6 Updated phoenix-bin to 0.6.
* New default theme
      Mozilla Firebird 0.6 sports a crisp, fresh and attractive theme, based on the amazing Qute theme by Arvid Axelsson. Also, the new theme has icons for the Bookmark Manager toolbar.

    * Redesigned Preferences window
      The new Options window puts the most often used preferences into seven convenient panels, each with a descriptive icon selector.

    * Improved Privacy Options
      With a single click (and a confirmation) you can clear all privacy data including form data, history, cache, cookies, etc.

    * Improved Bookmarks
      Among other bookmark enhancements, the Bookmarks menu now features a context menu. Try it by right-clicking on a bookmark in the menu.

    * Talkback enabled
      You are now able to submit Talkback information when Mozilla Firebird crashes, which makes it much easier for developers to fix critical bugs. For more information read about Talkback in the FAQ.

    * Automatic Image Resizing
      With this feature, Mozilla Firebird shrinks any image that is bigger than the window to make the whole image visible. When this is done, the cursor over the image changes to tell you that if you click, the image is restored to full size. Instructions on how to disable this feature can be found here.

    * Smooth Scrolling
      Instructions on how to disable this feature can be found here.

    * Access to more preferences
      You are now able to edit lots of advanced preferences that are not exposed in the Options window by entering about:config in the location bar and press Enter.

    * Profile Chrome
      You can now install Mozilla Firebird extensions in your own profile folder instead of in the actual program folder. This means that you will be able to upgrade to new versions of Mozilla Firebird without losing all your extensions. Note that it's up to the extension authors to allow their extensions to use this functionality. Some extensions may not offer this as an option yet.

    * Mac OS X
      Mozilla Firebird is available for Mac OS X. It's still quite rough around the edges but it's a start.

    * Lots of bug fixes
      There have been too many bug fixes since Phoenix 0.5 to keep track of them all. It's better. Trust us ;-)

d90632c42b Update to 7.15
* Makefile: Use '>' instead of '>>' on first write to vm-autoload.el
  to truncate the file otherwise it will grow each time it is updated.
* vm-mime-attach-message: arrange for forwarded flag of each
  attached message to be set when the composition is sent.
* vm-decode-mime-encoded-words: do charset conversion if needed.
  Forgot to add this back when vm-mime-charset-converter-alist
  was added.
* when cropping images call 'convert' with -page to avoid having
  some kind of margin takcked on to the image. The strange
  margin seems to be applied to GIFs but not JPGs. No idea why.
* fixed some defcustom variable declarations.
* vm-mime-reader-map-save-file: return the file name to which the object
  was saved.
* vm-mime-burst-digest: remove blank lines at the beginning of
  message/rfc822 bodies in a multipart/digest object, since they
  most likely indicate an improperly packed digest rather than a
  message with no headers.
* vm-make-tempfile: use vm-octal to clarify file mode setting.
* vm-make-image-strips: when building the script for incremental
  display, don't quote the filenames. DJGPP cmdproxy.exe doesn't
  interpret single quotes and using double quotes is pointless.
  VM's arguments to 'convert' don't need quoting anyway.
* use vm-pop-check-connection to check POP connections before
  trying to read data from them. The checker will signal an
  error if the connection is closed or the process associated
  with the connection has exited.
* use vm-imap-check-connection to check IMAP connections before
  trying to read data from them, The checker will signal an error
  if the connection is closed or the process associated with the
  connection has exited.

8d2c9a5c02 Update nxtvepg to 2.5.1
Changes since 2.5.0:
    * Fixed French default shortcut "M?t?o" (did pop up an error
      message when invoked. At first start of 2.5.1 the broken
      shortcut is replaced in the rc file; if that does not work
      remove and re-define the shortcut manually via the "Shortcuts"
      menu)
    * Improved resizing: status line no longer vanishes when reducing
      (however the window bottom now "jitters" during vertical
      resizing)
    * Allow horizontal resizing of main window when in "grid" layout
      (UNIX only)
    * Display warning about "lost changes" when the window is closed
      via it's title bar "close" button, same as with the "Abort"
      button
    * TV app interaction configuration dialog: added TV app selection
      for UNIX, to select which channel table to use, i.e. select
      between xawtv or xawdecode
    * Don't require existance of .xawtv for TV app interaction on UNIX
      Thanks to "Sir Pingus" for suggesting this fix.
    * Programme list can now be scrolled by dragging with the middle
      mouse button
    * Grid layout: added +/- buttons to control column count;
      Thanks to Thorsten for suggesting these features in the
      discussion forum
    * Disabled "Show column headers" option for the grid layout
    * Grid layout: refresh no longer brings scrolled-out elements back
      into view
    * Added French network "M6" back to the EPG scan's list of "known
      providers" and documentation.
      Thanks to Thierry for pointing this out first.
    * Major bugfix in grid layout: when scrolling horizontally one
      programme could be inserted into the wrong network column under
      certain conditions
    * Bugfix EPG provider scan in non-TV-app-assisted mode: channels
      without signal often were not skipped due to uninitialized
      variable (bug was introduced in nxtvepg version 0.7.2). Thanks
      to Florian Zierer for indirectly triggering discovery of this
      bug.
    * UNIX: added new command line option "-tvdisplay" to allow
      communication with a TV app running on a different X11 server
      (e.g. a remote host). Thanks to Stefan Zoller for suggesting
      this feature.

MARC (MAchine Readable Cataloging)

MARC.pm is a Perl 5 module for reading in, manipulating, and outputting
bibliographic records in the USMARC format. It handles conversions
from MARC into ASCII (text), Library of Congress MARCMaker, HTML,
and ISBD. Input from MARCMaker format is also supported. Individual
records, fields, indicators, and subfields can be created, modified, and
deleted. It can extract URLs from the 856 field into HTML.

MARC.pm can handle both single and batches of MARC records. The limit on
the number of records in a batch is determined by the memory capacity of
the machine you are running. If memory is an issue for you MARC.pm will
allow you to read in records from a batch gradually. MARC.pm also includes
a variety of tools for searching, removing, and even creating records from
scratch.

Changes:
	* New feature: access

          It provides the way to control to allow/deny the connections.

                allow <v4addr>[/<netmask>][,<max>]
                allow <v6addr>[/<prefixlen>][,<max>]
                allow <domain>[,<max>]
                        'allow' specifies the acceptable address block and
                        the acceptable domain name. <max> means the maximum
                        connections from the address block or the domain name.
                        Even if <max> is greater than 'maxclient', the maximum
                        is restricted by the value of 'maxclient'.

                always <v4addr>[/<netmask>]
                always <v6addr>[/<prefixlen>]
                always <domain>
                        'always' specifies the acceptable address block and the
                        acceptable domain name with no restrictions. Even if
                        the number of the connections is already same as
                        'maxclient', the connection from this address block or
                        the domain name never be rejected.

                deny <v4addr>[/<netmask>]
                deny <v6addr>[/<prefixlen>]
                deny <domain>
                        'deny' specifies the unacceptable address block and the
                        unacceptable domain name. The server always rejects the
                        connection from this address block and the domain name.

        'permit' is an alias to 'allow'.
        'reject' is an alias to 'deny'.

	* Fix a bug that cvscan doesn't work if 'distfile' isn't set.

	* Experimental SOCKS5 support.

          If you want to use SOCKS5, please specify SOCKS5_TYPE.

          The following types are available:

                dante
                nec
                none (default)
