f9abd5707e Import mozc-renderer-1.13.1651.102 as inputmethod/mozc-renderer. 
Mozc is a Japanese Input Method Editor (IME) designed for multi-platform
such as Chromium OS, Windows, Mac and Linux. This open-source
project originates from Google Japanese Input.

This package provides mozc_render and common files for mozc client.
