Add xft2 as a recommended option, following the example of fluxbox.
While here, also make nls a recommended option, rather than being
unconditionally enabled.
This is a minor maintenance release. The only significant changes for
non-developers are bug fixes that correct interactions with the pop-up
windows of particular applications, and also fix startup notifications.
While updating this package, I've fixed SunOS builds as well.

Address PR pkg/53706: build failure on NetBSD. Build tested on NetBSD
and Linux. (No PKGREVISION since NetBSD was broken, and there are no
anticipated changes to OSes where it was already building.)
The old upstream last had a release in November 2005, and the new
upstream in May this year. In recent rebuilds, the old version
has developed "focus issues" when run with "sloppy focus", as is
my preference. The new upstream is a fork of blackbox but where
this among other issues have been fixed.
The patches have also been re-done and partly renamed, and some of
the old patches to build with SunPro have not been carried forward,
as I don't have a suitable system to verify that these are still
required.
Problems found with existing distfiles:

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
This changes the buildlink3.mk files to use an include guard for the
recursive include. The use of BUILDLINK_DEPTH, BUILDLINK_DEPENDS,
BUILDLINK_PACKAGES and BUILDLINK_ORDER is handled by a single new
variable BUILDLINK_TREE. Each buildlink3.mk file adds a pair of
enter/exit marker, which can be used to reconstruct the tree and
to determine first level includes. Avoiding := for large variables
(BUILDLINK_ORDER) speeds up parse time as += has linear complexity.
The include guard reduces system time by avoiding reading files over and
over again. For complex packages this reduces both %user and %sys time to
half of the former time.
Finally add packages for the "new" version of blackbox, 0.70.x.
This window manager is incompatible with older versions, and older
add-on applications (aka "bbtools") will not work with this version.
Hence, add new versions of bbkeys and bbpager as well, to provide
at least the basics. (Again, these will not work with older versions.)
Why are we adding these? Well, I'm told that blackbox 0.70.x is
fully EWMH compliant and has better fonts. And people always ask
"why is blackbox 0.70.x not in pkgsrc?".
blackbox version 0.65 and the other bbtools that work with blackbox
will remain in pkgsrc.
