d2ca14a3f1 Bump all packages for perl-5.18, that
a) refer 'perl' in their Makefile, or
b) have a directory name of p5-*, or
c) have any dependency on any p5-* package

Like last time, where this caused no complaints.

c3f1e700ad Bump the PKGREVISION for all packages which depend directly on perl,
to trigger/signal a rebuild for the transition 5.10.1 -> 5.12.1.

The list of packages is computed by finding all packages which end
up having either of PERL5_USE_PACKLIST, BUILDLINK_API_DEPENDS.perl,
or PERL5_PACKLIST defined in their make setup (tested via
"make show-vars VARNAMES=..."), minus the packages updated after
the perl package update.

sno@ was right after all, obache@ kindly asked and he@ led the
way. Thanks!

3d8ef5a52d Second round of explicit pax dependencies. As reminded by tnn@,
many packages used to use ${PAX}. Use the common way of directly calling
pax, it is created as tool after all.

9a36f21a1b Remove NO_BIN_ON_FTP. The reason why this was marked as such is not valid any
more, and a lot of packages depends on this (including KDE), making the

908e765695 since perl is now built with threads on most platforms, the perl archlib
module directory has changed (eg. "darwin-2level" vs.
"darwin-thread-multi-2level").

binary packages of perl modules need to be distinguishable between
being built against threaded perl and unthreaded perl, so bump the
PKGREVISION of all perl module packages and introduce
BUILDLINK_RECOMMENDED for perl as perl>=5.8.5nb5 so the correct
dependencies are registered and the binary packages are distinct.

63ad910dee SVR4 packages have a limit of 9 chars for a package name.
The automatic truncation in gensolpkg doesn't work for packages which
have the same package name for the first 5-6 chars.
e.g. amanda-server and amanda-client would be named amanda and amanda.
Now, we add a SVR4_PKGNAME and use amacl for amanda-client and amase for
amanda-server.
All svr4 packages also have a vendor tag, so we have to reserve some chars
for this tag, which is normaly 3 or 4 chars. Thats why we can only use 6
or 5 chars for SVR4_PKGNAME. I used 5 for all the packages, to give the
vendor tag enough room.
All p5-* packages and a few other packages have now a SVR4_PKGNAME.

bf541c8373 ${PERL5_SITE*} are no longer automatically created as part of the perl
package. This shouldn't affect perl modules as they create all directories
before installing, but we need to manually create ${PERL5_SITEARCH} before
copying our headers.

724a64da7e Set NO_BIN_ON_FTP for the reason described in the Makefile comment:
# Since this package will be named, for instance, p5-perl-headers-1.5.1,
# binary packages on a FTP server (where only "1.5" is used as the directory
# name) will be ambiguous. A user of 1.5 may mistakenly install the
# perl-headers-1.5.1 pkg by use of the automatic "best version" logic.

2cd1bf8080 p5-perl-headers: h2ph-generated perl header files
Since these are generated from the contents of /usr/include, and varies
from release to release, the version number for this packages is simply
the OS_VERSION, e.g. p5-perl-headers-1.4.2, p5-perl-headers-1.5C.

This package closes PRs: 6369, 7422.
