Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
Changes:
- pagestyle fwlwhead: header line hsa first word and last word
- pagestyle NextWordFoot: foot line has page number and next-page
first word, but only on odd pages
The package extracts the first and last words of a page, together with
the first word of the next page, just before the page is formed into
the object to print. The package defines a couple of page styles that
use the words that have been extracted.
