e6d542185a The a2ps package keeps the paper size in a2ps-site.cfg -- the script 
should really check better for failures, now it just assumes it is
getting something when grepping a file.  Fix that one day...

d3c5527bda There is no file "orlbutton.gif" in "vnc-latest_doc.tgz". So whereever 
that file came frome it was not version 3.3.3 of the "vnc" package.

cf377f679e If we're on a BSD44 system, use sized types from <sys/types.h> instead 
of using (for example) a "long" as a "int32".  Fixes problems with prices
on stores, etc.

792bf39acd Remove --without-cxx configure option, as noted on tech-pkg a few weeks 
ago. With this switch on, configure DTRT WRT the "bool" data type, resulting
in bizarre compile errors when using ncurses with c++ later:

 /usr/pkg/include/ncurses.h:96: abstract declarator used as declaration

(caused by a "typedef   bool;")
