Bump all packages for perl-5.18, that
...
a) refer 'perl' in their Makefile, or
b) have a directory name of p5-*, or
c) have any dependency on any p5-* package
Like last time, where this caused no complaints.

use file::find to save memory in lintpkgsrc- should never grow more than 25MB now -- makes no effort to clean up empty directories, so that is still fixable

- Misparse Makefiles a little better. Check for '.' in the left hand of :S and
:C operations, and also handle :U
- Move files from pkglint/files to lintpkgrsc/files
