fredb	9afdf2baec	Revive rsynth-2.0, as requested by Nigel Reed in PR pkg/13424. Since it's ... main claim to fame over "festival" seems to be that it's in the public domain, we'll decline to install the British dictionary, which is licensed "No Commercial Use".
