Update to 2.4.1, thanks to Min Sik Kim and Soren Jacobsen for doing this.

Depend on (at least) version 1.2 of gnome{,1,2}-dirs to automatically handle
the shared share/mime-info directory. Bump PKGREVISION.

Honour PKG_SYSCONFDIR (which requires switching to USE_PKGINSTALL). This
change makes sound configuration schemas work in systems setting their own
sysconfdir. Bump PKGREVISION to 1.
