Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
While here, remove png/tiff/jpeg includes from buildlink3.mk
since they are hidden by the library (library not linked against
them, headers not included in public headers). Recursive bump
coming next.
