2c72a9f0b9 Remove xextproto/buildlink3.mk in most cases where it occurs with 
libXext/buildlink3.mk, now that it is included there.
Leave the places where its API version is set or variables from it
are used directly (about 3 packages).

3e415ce098 Update to 1.0.3. 
(I wonder if patch-aa is really needed, and for what.)

This release provides the cleanups and build configuration improvements
that have been made since the last libXevie release in 2006.

ca0803c179 On NetBSD, malloc(0) normally does not return NULL. Mark it so 
for cross-compilation.
