39150e82a8 Updated package to latest version, 1.5; also updated package to work with 
ocaml.mk structure and changed upstream to github.

Changes:
version 1.5
* Improve various commands of csvtool avoiding loading the whole CSV file to memory.
* As a consequence, one avoids some Stack_overflow exceptions for long files.

* Add the possibility to specify an output format to csvtool.

* Fix writing bug when excel_tricks is enabled.

2eddae48e5 Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for textproc category 
Problems found locating distfiles:
	Package cabocha: missing distfile cabocha-0.68.tar.bz2
	Package convertlit: missing distfile clit18src.zip
	Package php-enchant: missing distfile php-enchant/enchant-1.1.0.tgz

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

791ba73ad8 Include mk/bsd.fast.prefs.mk, it's needed for setting MACHINE_ARCH correctly. 
Resolves packing issue on FreeBSD/AMD64
