5e9cc577b8 Automatically append HOMEPAge to DESCR files, and remove homepage URLs 
from individual DESCR files that had them.

6bd0d65c65 The Grand Homepagification: 
- New, optional Makefile variable HOMEPAGE, specifies a URL for
	  the home page of the software if it has one.
	- The value of HOMEPAGE is used to add a link from the
	  README.html files.
	- pkglint updated to know about it.  The "correct" location for
	  HOMEPAGE in the Makefile is after MAINTAINER, in that same
	  section.

a36fc223d9 The distfile on the master site keeps getting updated, and it has no 
version number.  To avoid downloading a distfile which will fail the
checksum stage, retrieve the correct version of the distfile from
MASTER_SITE_BACKUP, aka ftp.netbsd.org

1f4495b33e Remove the old deprecated DEPENDS definition from bsd.pkg.mk. 
Implement a new DEPENDS definition, which looks for an installed
package, building it if not present, and use it in preference to
LIB_DEPENDS.  This should make the package collection more useful on
NetBSD ELF ports.

f6fc8a8a9e Remove -m argument from ldconfig calls, require the system to 
have ${PREFIX}/lib in ld.so.conf instead. This ensures things
even work after a reboot.
