- Install files into PKG_LOCALTEXMFPREFIX, instead of PKG_TEXMFPREFIX, and
fix manual pages accordingly.
- Use teTeX/module.mk to properly update ls-R.
- Use texmf-dirs to install into texmf-local.
Bump PKGREVISION.

Use 3 lines of context, but protect the RCS Id in a different way, in
patch-aa, and use a pre-patch step in the package Makefile to substitute
for RCS keywords. Regenerate patch file checksum.
