Use tcgetattr(3) and tcsetattr(3) instead of old BSD 4.3 I/O controls to
setup pty for "gdb". This package now works on kernels without "COMPAT_43"
which fixes PR pkg/7024.

On Solaris, leading tabs before definitions in an Imakefile are bad news.
Change the leading tabs to spaces, so that it doesn't think it's a shell
command.
