c7383780db Bump all packages that depend on curses.bui* or terminfo.bui* since they
might incur ncurses dependencies on some platforms, and ncurses just bumped
its shlib.
Some packages were bumped twice now, sorry for that.

0190dc19be Per maintainer's wishes, restrict OS support patches to platforms
that ship with Coda kernel support, which excludes SunOS at this time.
Those patches should go upstream, instead.

Remove reference to coda.wikidev.net, it went 404.

db8a172166 Builds and installs on Solaris. The changes:
o various explicit #includes
o sources use {u_,u}int*_t in equal share, so just build with -D
o providing Solaris' MAXHOSTNAMELEN with -D avoids patching half a dozen files
o misc. build fixes

Use pkgsrc CONF_FILES framework
Make pkglint happy

7eeb51b534 Bump for perl-5.20.0.
Do it for all packages that
* mention perl, or
* have a directory name starting with p5-*, or
* depend on a package starting with p5-
like last time, for 5.18, where this didn't lead to complaints.
Let me know if you have any this time.

python3, since the default changed from python33 to python34.

I probably bumped too many. I hope I got them all.

d2ca14a3f1 Bump all packages for perl-5.18, that
a) refer 'perl' in their Makefile, or
b) have a directory name of p5-*, or
c) have any dependency on any p5-* package

Like last time, where this caused no complaints.

07cde5b56f net/coda: Back out DragonFly patches
Coda requires a kernel module to run and DragonFly had such a kernel at
one point. However the kernel was removed six years ago and there is no
desire to restore it. One of the main reasons against doing so is the
lack of IPv6 support in Coda.

The userland patches for coda are therefore unnecessary and coda has been
reverted to its previous state save for marking NOT-FOR-DRAGONFLY.

PKGREVISION was mispelled in the makefile, so fixing that typo bumps the
revision to nb2 (caught by pkglint).

dd0695260c Improve previous patch: blindly setting MAXNAMLEN to 255 is dangerous,
as it is e.g. 511 on NetBSD. Instead, get it from NAME_MAX, which is
POSIX. PKGREVISION -> 3 as a precaution.

3a179ec972 net/coda: Support DragonFly
It builds now -- no idea if coda functions as expected.
As macro were used, there is no binary change - thus no revbump.

57e65aa894 Add patch to fix directory reading problems:
On NetBSD, force DIRBLKSIZ to 512, which matches the block size (and
thus padding) for the representation of directories in UFS.
coda_readdir will call the readdir from the container filesystem, and
thus the padding of directories must match what the container
  filesystem would have done.

Analysis and fix due to Brett Lymn.

Not yet reported upstream; a better fix is desired.

Also:

  Set LICENSE.

Add annotations to other patches about their upstream status, after
  pinging upstream.
