Some part of the revbump script obviously did the wrong thing here and
replaced ${RUBY_PKGPREFIX} with whatever it expands to on the developer's
local machine.

The actual fix as been done by "pkglint -F */*/buildlink3.mk", and was
reviewed manually.
There are some .include lines that still are indented with zero spaces
although the surrounding .if is indented. This is existing practice.
to address issues with NetBSD-6(and earlier)'s fontconfig not being
new enough for pango.
While doing that, also bump freetype2 dependency to current pkgsrc
version.
