3d8ef5a52d Second round of explicit pax dependencies. As reminded by tnn@,
many packages used to use ${PAX}. Use the common way of directly calling
pax, it is created as tool after all.

b71a1d488b Fixed pkglint warnings. The warnings are mostly quoting issues, for
example MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR} is changed to MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR:Q}. Some
other changes are outlined in

2827f5b2d8 Enable tk84 and replace x11/tk with x11/tk83. Packages compatible
with 8.4 will be updated to depend on x11/tk after Tk update.

afdebcf9a4 make ${PAX} usage consistent:
- group 'zrw' and 'p' args, -s last
- use the && operator consistently
- strip unneeded parens
- some whitespace cleanup

4eb9ae08f1 Initial import of tik-0.90 into the NetBSD Packages Collection.
TiK is an open source AOL Instant Messenger client, written in Tcl.
It was originally written as an alternative to the AIM Java client.

Provided in PR 14129 by Grant Beattie (grant@grunta.com).
