Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

* have a directory name starting with p5-*, or
* depend on a package starting with p5-

CPAN-Changes version 0.27 into devel/p5-CPAN-Changes
It is standard practice to include a Changes file in your distribution. The
purpose the Changes file is to help a user figure out what has changed
since
the last release.
