a36fb86593 Try to fix the fallout caused by the fix for PR pkg/47882. Part 3: 
Recursively bump package revisions again after the "freetype2" and
"fontconfig" handling was fixed.

53745b22ea Bump freetype2 and fontconfig dependencies to current pkgsrc versions, 
to address issues with NetBSD-6(and earlier)'s fontconfig not being
new enough for pango.

While doing that, also bump freetype2 dependency to current pkgsrc
version.

Suggested by tron in PR 47882

1a3a398765 Include bsd.fast.prefs and then add wm/libAppleWM if OPSYS == Darwin, 
as to not break this package on other platforms, given libAppleWM has
ONLY_FOR_PLATFORM = Darwin-*-* set. Add wm/libWindowsWM as well. Bump
version.

ae9b935fd0 * If PLIST_SRC is explicitly set to an empty value in a package Makefile, 
then automatically generate a PLIST that says "${PKGNAME} has no files".

* If PLIST_SRC and GENERATE_PLIST are not set in a package Makefile,
  and no PLIST files exist, then fail during the package build with
  PKG_FAIL_REASON.

* Remove "intentionally empty" PLISTs again.

Now, the easy way to say that a package installs no files is to just
add the following to the package Makefile:

	PLIST_SRC=	# empty

e6fef6471c Import meta package for modular Xorg libraries. This is not intended 
for normal users, but simplifies cross-building modular Xorg.
