0a55d7d6cd simplify by commenting the pkg's Makefile variables as they're 
already set by pkgsrc. override the do-install target.

5542206cba Get rid of manually adding "nbX" to PKGNAME when a pkg was changed in 
pkgsrc. Instead, a new variable PKGREVISION is invented that can get
bumped independent of DISTNAME and PKGNAME.

Example #1:
        DISTNAME=       foo-X.Y
        PKGREVISION=    Z
     => PKGNAME=        foo-X.YnbZ

Example #2:
        DISTNAME=       barthing-X.Y
        PKGNAME=        bar-X.Y
        PKGREVISION=    Z
     => PKGNAME=        bar=X.YnbZ (!)

On subsequent changes, only PKGREVISION needs to be bumped, no more risk
of getting DISTNAME changed accidentally.

1fff0c5260 Make sure the distfile can be fetched - set the PKGNAME var to ...nb1, 
not the DISTNAME.

d564911ef1 Update to ElectricFence 2.1nb1: 
Fix this pkg to run on sparc64 (and probably some others), by changing the
2ns argument of mmap(2) from (int)size to size.
