taca	7a85d880c1	Update psvn to revision 25241. - fetch specific revision from svn repository using a hack from david.sainty. Should be fix PR pkg/36420. * trunk/contrib/client-side/emacs/psvn.el: (svn-status-svn-environment-var-list): The default setting is now: '("LC_MESSAGES=C" "LC_ALL="). This unsets the LC_ALL setting since this setting would overrule the LC_MESSAGES setting.
