  Fix some web2png bugs revealed by pychecker.

* 2.5.3 @ 2010-10-20
  PNGs with transparency have been OK for web use since 2006.
  The gif2png -w switch no longer filters out GIFs with transparency,
  and the gif2png -t switch to enable them to pass is gone. Accordingly
  the -t switch of web2png is also gone.

152aad9fe9 - Add missing Python dependence and use standard facility for modifying 
the interpreter path.
- Use new "libpng" API which fixes build problems with the latest "png"
  package.
Bump package revision because of these changes.
