Teapop is yet another RFC1939 compliant POP3 server. It includes
flexible virtual domain support that distinguishes it from all other
POP3 servers.

These patches are no-ops when pinfo is configured for "--with-ncurses".
The only reason I kept them in my own tree is because they may be useful
for "--with-vcurses" on NetBSD-1.5 or newer, but they shouldn't have
been commited.

unknown reason). In addition, the handling of select is improved, as
the original code may wake up not all threads waiting for some event."

6tunnel can translate between protocol versions on the same host,
thus offering a way to setup v4/v6 and v6/v4 proxy services.
It can bind to any of your IPv4 (default) or IPv6 addresses.
otherwise it would understand --x-includes and --x-libraries, so don't
feed it CONFIGURE_ARGS (if xpkgwedge is installed) which will make it
puke. Instead, pass only the --host and --prefix arguments to
configure which it can understand.

Fixed `ncgen' to generate files which #include "netcdf_hdf.h" and
"netcdf_hdf.inc" thus allowing the HDF and netCDF packages to coexist.
Added test target in package Makefile for compiling and running the tests
for the libraries and the `ncdump' program.
Changes: new man page, POP3/IMAP connections can be on non-standard port
numbers if you enter server:port instead of just the server in the config.
Bugfixes: imap checking could not handle untagged responses to LOGIN, apm
will add itself under Net/Open BSD, meminfo label initialization and
mua_is_launched fixes.
