cd2d755f9c Teach pine about $MAIL. It will be used if set, so the sysadmin/user 
can override where mail is stored.

593cf8f35c Try to get the "name=" field from Content-Type: if Content-Disposition: 
exists but does not have a "filename=" field.  Many broken mailers are now
doing this with attachments.

a059169bf7 Back out previous, and nuke mail-directory default setting completely. 
Pine's default mail directory has always been `mail' (no capital), and
users who want this changed may do so manually.

384c07a72e add NOT_FOR_ARCHS= alpha for all of these pkgs which are *known* to fail 
on alpha.  There may be more, but I haven't seen them yet.

6bd0d65c65 The Grand Homepagification: 
- New, optional Makefile variable HOMEPAGE, specifies a URL for
	  the home page of the software if it has one.
	- The value of HOMEPAGE is used to add a link from the
	  README.html files.
	- pkglint updated to know about it.  The "correct" location for
	  HOMEPAGE in the Makefile is after MAINTAINER, in that same
	  section.

320da732fd Restore ALLOW_CHANGING_FROM. This option, if compiled in, can be 
turned off in the pine global config file, but cannot be turned on
if not compiled in. Of course, the `security' this provides is
entirely phony, but those that feel more comfortable with it disabled
can still do so with the binary pacakge.

6f157217cb Revert pico back to 3.0. Some bug in the updated libpico caused those 
nice strings of `U's at the beginning of the pine and pico commit
messages.  (None here, this time, I hope.  :)  The libpico API didn't
change, so pine 4.01 can make use of libpico from Pico 3.0.

74445200f4 hm, some other fixes to fix improper use of ${INSTALL_PROGRAM}: 
- use ${INSTALL_DATA} for libpico.a
- use ${INSTALL_SCRIPT} for pgp*
(otherwise it will try improperly stripping these and fail.)

ec541e9e0a user-supplied patches may modify `os-neb.h'; don't leave some old 
pre-patch `os-neb.h.orig' and sed-edit against that as it will trash the
user patch.  `cp -f' the real file and sed-edit that instead.

1fa3c05f4e Remove some extraneous spaces, which will now allow a make to complete 
successfully.  Addresses first part of PR pkg/4577 (from Bjoern
Labitzke hermit@cs.tu-berlin.de) - I can't reproduce the second part.
