Also, while we're here, convert to use the options framework. Note
that the deprecated variable PILRC_USE_GTK should be removed after
the pkgsrc-2005Q3 branch is cut.
-for multidrop retrievers, change the way the envelope recipient header
field is parsed, to prevent odd values from being interpreted as multiple
addresses when they look like an 822-style address group. Thanks: "aal".
-try to avoid parsing message bodies, in case they're corrupt or invalid.
Thanks: Michael Gold.
* The bug that Return, Space and Delete key were ignored when
multiple messages were selected was fixed.
* A compile error was fixed.
* The selection problem after the change of the contents of the
summary was fixed.
* The bug that prohibited the resizing of the summary columns was
fixed.
* The bug that the summary view couldn't be scrolled after
expanding a thread at the bottom of the view was fixed.
This seems to fix most of the issues in 1.9.10
Plan:
(1) Change USE_PERL5=build into USE_TOOLS+=perl.
(2) Change all other USE_PERL5 into including perl5/buildlink3.mk.
Possibly, for packages that don't actually build anything with perl,
but merely require it for the perl interpreter, we can instead do:
USE_TOOLS+= perl
TOOLS_DEPMETHOD.perl= DEPENDS
but this is more verbose than simply including the perl5/buildlink3.mk
file.
Move the PERL5_REQD computation into a lang/perl5/version.mk file,
and only do the USE_PERL5 logic in bsd.pkg.use.mk if we're not using
the new tools framework. This consolidates all of the perl-handling
into two places -- lang/perl5 and mk/tools/perl.mk.
and koffice build.
And do in meta-pkgs/kde3/kde3.mk as suggested by maintainer, markd.
It helps with builds on Linux for kdegraphics3, libkipi, gwenview,
kdelibs3, kdebase3, arts, and many other KDE-based packages on Linux.
(It was not needed for kile, but will be used.)
Thank you, Torsten Harenberg for testing many packages such as
kdenetwork, kdegames, kdepim, kdemultimedia.
I still don't know what the correct fix is for PR #25402.
PEAR's Mail:: package defines the interface for implementing mailers under
the PEAR hierarchy, and provides supporting functions useful in multiple
mailer backends. Currently supported are native PHP mail() function, sendmail
and SMTP. This package also provides a RFC 822 Email address list validation
utility class.
DB is a database abstraction layer providing:
* an OO-style query API
* portability features that make programs written for one DBMS work with i
other DBMS's
* a DSN (data source name) format for specifying database servers
* prepare/execute (bind) emulation for databases that don't support it natively
* a result object for each query response
* portable error codes
* sequence emulation
* sequential and non-sequential row fetching as well as bulk fetching
* formats fetched rows as associative arrays, ordered arrays or objects
* row limit support
* transactions support
* table information interface
* DocBook and phpDocumentor API documentation
dependency gnutls had an SONAME change, so 2.10.0 could have been
built before and after this and so could have two diffferent packages
with same package name. This happened a couple weeks ago. The
update for gnome-vfs2 2.10.1 happened after this.
(I never checked other software that may use libgnutls.)

* Add libvcdinfo example program
* Memory leaks and errors reduced
* fixed font magnification
* fixed table editing - setting number of rows/columns
* fixed color and settings management in frames
* fixed table cells padding
* fixed problem with text foreground color
* fixed several cursor movement problems
* fixed DIV parsing
* added and updated translations (Pawan Chitrakar, Ahmad Riza H Nst,
