047a7f787e Bump all packages for perl-5.18, that 
a) refer 'perl' in their Makefile, or
b) have a directory name of p5-*, or
c) have any dependency on any p5-* package

Like last time, where this caused no complaints.

5b244e959b Importing new package for CPAN module Test::CheckDeps version 0.002 into 
devel/p5-Test-CheckDeps.

Test::CheckDeps adds a test that assures all dependencies have been
installed properly. If requested, it can bail out all testing on error.
