49dbc780d3 Update the following TeX Live packages to r21369: tex-bibtex, 
tex-context, tex-etex, tex-kpathsea, tex-latex-bin, tex-luatex,
tex-pdftex, tex-tex, and tex-makeindex.  Fontmap and manpage updates.

fd2e35bdb2 Revert previous. It is actually web2c which depends libpng. Not 
sure why I had build problems, possibly the dependency chain got
messed up somewhere.

b20d943399 Update tex-pdftex to 1.40.10. 
Changes:
       - increased sup_dest_names_size
       - partial support for TTC
       - enable mktexpk by default
       - patch #2087: Support for CMap namespace
       - \pdfshellescape is 2 if restricted shell escapes are enabled.
       - segfault when processing certain TTF fonts
       - jpg image resolution not set in some cases
       - \pdfobj file {foo} for files foo that don't end with '\n'
       - bugfix #4289: \primitive\pdfoutput cannot be queried
       - bugfix #4288: character width mismatch in font XY.vf ignored
       - bugfix #993: "/Names array not sorted correctly"
       - bugfix #606: "Forbidden ... while scanning ???"
       - bugfix #3253: Bug in Type1 font subsetting
       - \show\pdfstartlink is wrong
       - pdf_set_rule() uses incorrect variables

6fabfe4f17 Import tex-pdftex-1.40.9 as print/tex-pdftex. 
An extension of TeX which can be configured to directly generate PDF
documents instead of DVI.  All current TeX distributions including TeX
live, MacTeX, and MiKTeX include pdfTeX (Plain TeX) and pdfLaTeX
(LaTeX).  ConTeXt is designed around use of pdfTeX.
