583c31e60c * Honor PKGMANDIR and PKG_SYSCONFBASE. 
* Install config files by CONF_FILES instead of install directly.
* Correct path of tools and config in sample config files and a manual page.
* Add DESTDIR support.

Bump PKGREVISION.
