Bump PKGREVISION for libpng shlib name change.
Also add some patches to remove use of deprecated symbols and fix other

Import goocanvasmm-0.14.0 as graphics/goocanvasmm.
GooCanvasmm are the C++ bindings for GooCanvas which is a canvas widget for
GTK+ that uses the cairo 2D library for drawing.
