196e7b08b9 Add yajl bl3, because it fails without.
How this built in bulk builds before is a mystery to me.  No revbump
because either the old package is ok or it didn't build.

	LSN-2014-0003: Don't expand entities when parsing XML (Daniel P. Berrange)

(which I think is also CVE-2014-0179), new features, bug fixes, and
portability improvements.
