change (it breaks for callbacks).
Inspired from the commit to solve the same issue on the 3.4 branch of RT.
Bump PKGREVISION and Mason version requirement.
some platforms, which includes all non-ELFs and many ELF-like platforms
(that still use a.out naming conventions).
Since a branch is coming, bump the version in a blanket rather than per
platform.
makes -avoid-version work properly on platforms using $versuffix2 (e.g., OpenBSD,
FreeBSD, DragonFly). Bump PKGREVISION (and will bump LIBTOOL_REQD shortly).
MirOS change by Benny Siegert <bsiegert@mirbsd.org>.
Noted in private mail by Thorsten Glaser <tg@66h.42h.de>.
Some changes different from patches provided in that PR are:
- patch-aj, patch-aq, and patch-as not changed (they appeared to
be identical to previous patches)
- DragonFly support also added to configure script (patch-aa)
because compilation failed due to missing crypt
- and install-sysconf target removed from the installation target
in Makefile.in (patch-ah). Just let the pkgsrc framework install
this since it now will allow it to be removed correctly on
deinstall.
- use "pam" instead of "PAM" as option name in the post-install
target.
This removes patch-ai.
This also now uses openssh-4.2p1-hpn11.diff patch.
I didn't test with kerberos and hpn-patch options. I did test with
PAM on Linux. (The PR reported that kerberos and hpn-patch options
were tested for compiling.) I tested on NetBSD 2.0.2, Linux,
and DragonFly.
This includes two security fixes and several bug fixes and many
improvemens. The changes are listed at

TODO: get some of these patches committed upstream.
Three new official patches are added.
o 2005-09-19 15:50 (Cosmetic) --with-maxfd=N configure option to override
max filedescriptors test
o 2005-09-16 21:58 (Minor) invalid host is processed as IP 255.255.255.255
in dst acl
o 2005-09-16 21:49 (Cosmetic) Odd results when pipeline_prefetch is combined
with NTLM authentication
One official patch was updated.
o 2005-09-20 12:29 (Major) FATAL: Incorrect scheme in auth header
- Fix for a potential buffer overflow vulnerability when loading a
hostname with all soft-hyphens
- Fix to prevent URLs passed from external programs from being parsed
by the shell
- Fix to prevent a crash when loading a Proxy Auto-Config (PAC) script
that uses an "eval" statement
- Fix to restore InstallTrigger.getVersion() for Extension authors
- Other stability and security fixes
This fixes PR #31102 which I just reopened.
The problem could be seen when installing another package
that depends on mpage. But couldn't be seen when directly
building within pkgsrc/print/mpage.
with the results to ADMIN.
Now the file will be created if the option is not defined and the
email will be sent too, otherwise only the file will be created.
The file with the results will be created in
${FTP}/pkgsrc-results-${DATE}.txt.
thus leaving the package dangling if apache2 were to be removed or upgraded.
Change to using apache2/buildlink3.mk, like the other ap2-* modules do,
and bump PKGREVISION for the implicit DEPENDS change.

makefile issues. There are still some problems on solaris, but this
gets you further. Don't mark as available yet on solaris since it
still doesn't compile.
optimize_gcc.mk needs to know the name of the package that is
currently being built. Unfortunately with pkgsrc there is no way
to do this, and its previous attempts to derive PKGNAME (if not
set) from DISTNAME broke the php usage ext.mk file. Use a temp
variable to do the same thing without breaking other pkgsrc
assumptions
