The list of packages is computed by finding all packages which end
up having either of PERL5_USE_PACKLIST, BUILDLINK_API_DEPENDS.perl,
or PERL5_PACKLIST defined in their make setup (tested via
"make show-vars VARNAMES=..."), minus the packages updated after
the perl package update.
sno@ was right after all, obache@ kindly asked and he@ led the

provides both fmin(3) and fmax(3). The build is still broke under
NetBSD 5.0_STABLE built from sources after 2010-03-12. A possible fix
for this case is to upgrade to NetBSD 5.1*.

(I didn't find references from cups patches to CVE #s, or vice versa,
so the CVE #s are not certain.)
