ArabTeX is a package extending the capabilities of TeX/LaTeX to generate
Arabic and Hebrew text. Input may be in ASCII transliteration or other
encodings (including UTF-8); output may be Arabic, Hebrew, or any of
several languages that use the Arabic script. ArabTeX consists of a TeX
macro package and Arabic and Hebrew fonts (provided both in Metafont

An internal method for displaying alerts has been added and made the default when the setting for alertcmd in etmrc is an empty string. The internal alert is displayed for this number of seconds specified by 'seconds' in etmrc if non zero and otherwise displayed until dismissed. Problems encountered when running the gui under Windows XP have been corrected and a ICO file is now used for Windows icons. A one minute action is recorded in the default action file when etm is installed or updated to a new version. Tasks in files with empty lines can now be marked complete without raising an error.

Put sunmoon connection in try/except to report connection failure instead of exception trace. Allow modification of entry type as well as content provided change is not to or from project.
The patch looks wrong to me, though, because stdint.h should be
generated in lib/gllib/ if the system does not have it (or if it is not
correct), and the -I's should make the code find the local file instead.
Thus, the code should be able to unconditionally include the header
file.

- Add some rarely used, but for some games critical flags to
the internal commands.
- Add -userconf flag, so that the userspecific configuration can
easily be used together with -conf configfile.
- Improve internal timing with repeating timers (especially with
the dynamic core).
libspectre 0.2.6 (10 June 2010)

This is another bugfix only release in the libspectre's 0.2 series.
The most important change in this release is that gs is now always
initalized with the flag -P- to make Ghostscript not look in the
current directory for library files. See Debian bug

Compiler flags -ansi and -pedantic are now optional and can be enabled
with --enable-iso-c configure option. It seems -pedantic causes
performance regression when compiling with Sun Studio compiler. Thanks
to Dagobert Michelsen for eporting the issue. (Bug #27735)
Files with a doseps header and without EOF comment are correctly
rendered now. (Bug #27830)
