This is based on a huge amount of work by the NetBSDfr team and Youri Mouton,
who takes over as MAINTAINER, and has been tested by Youri on a large number
of platforms prior to commit. A massive thanks to them. Any issues with the
import are mine alone as the committer-by-proxy.
to address issues with NetBSD-6(and earlier)'s fontconfig not being
new enough for pango.
While doing that, also bump freetype2 dependency to current pkgsrc

Bump PKGREVISION and BUILDLINK_DEPENDS of all packages using libtool and
installing .la files.
Bump PKGREVISION (only) of all packages depending directly on the above
via a buildlink3 include.
* Fixed bug #972: The total value in the tooltip is now displayed with
fractional portion
* Fixed bug #962: Any errors about wrong configuration are now only
displayed in a dialog after changing configuration and not after
startup. This should help users whose network device is created after
dialing-in.
