0767406b13 Update to today's snapshot. Use distfiles from ftp.NetBSD.org, since
they change daily. Add a comment with update instructions.

Daily changes are not documented, so I'm not sure what changed to the
previous version.

Addresses PR 34827 and joerg's complaints.

b71a1d488b Fixed pkglint warnings. The warnings are mostly quoting issues, for
example MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR} is changed to MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR:Q}. Some
other changes are outlined in

2531a86784 Initial import of kanjidic2.
The KANJIDIC2 file contains comprehensive information about Japanese
kanji in XML format.
The KANJIDIC2 file has the 6,355 kanji from JIS X 0208, the
5,801 kanji from JIS X 0212 and the 3,625 janji from JIS X 0213.
