mark as broken on alpha until someone with more of a clue than me can fix

it. The handling of va_arg stuff in broken in xview-lib. In particular
an interested programmer could start looking at:
the MAKE_AVLIST macro in:
xview3.2p1-X11R6//lib/libxview/misc/portable.h
and some illegal casts of va_list variables in
xview3.2p1-X11R6//lib/libxview/color/cms_pblc.c
probably more....
